S:66 of the Factories Act,1948 provides for the restrictions on employment of women. According to this section: No woman shall be required or allowed to work in any factory except between the hours of 6a.m and 7p.m.
My Question:
Is it legal for female european Business Visa guests in India to have discussions in a factory after 7pm?
Please note: The woman is employee of a european company and visits India for the purpose of technical discussions. Discussions will be held in the factory, but the lady ist not working with any of the factory's equipment.
