can co op hsg society disconnect water connection to shop, the premises is in thane municipal corporation jurisdiction, I am a member of the society paying all his dues however the secretary and the chairman disconnect the water connection to harass a tenant in one of my shop as the connection of water is more than 30 years old i have not converted it to commercial one since there were no laws at that time in the city regarding that.please do note that there is also an adjoining commercial unit owned by other party that has one small residence attached to it however this other party is using residence water connection for commercial purposes, the chairman and the secretary do not harass the other party but for no reason hinder me.
please help what should i do against the harassment of the chairman and the secretary ?
