Can an NRI transfer his land to a charitable trust in India and can the same NRI become one of trustees of the same charitable trust to which it has transferred land?

A NRI CAN TRANSFER HIS LAND TO A CHARITABLE TRUST IN INDIA. IF HE WANTS TO BE A TRUSTEE IN THE SAID TRUST, IF THE COMMITTEE OF TRUST AGREES THE SAME. BUT THAT NRI CANNOT ATTEND THE MEETINGS OF THE TRUST OR PROGRAMMES CONDUCTED BY THE SAID TRUST. SO GENERALLY IT IS OBJECTABLE. IT IS FOR INFORMATION.
