Hi Sir,  I have one   more question.

We purchased a plot in 2010 in Hyderabad  and later we came to know that we have clear ULC for the  same plot.

When we approached  ULC office  to pay the Amount to clear ULC, they are telling that  the ULC cannot be cleared on 2010 document and it can be only cleared on the old  document.

Will there be any probelm if  I clear ULC in old document  name.   (  some are telling if you clear  ULC in old document  name then all the rights on the plot will go to the old owner because  govt, is allotting that land to old owner,  Is this True.

If so what should I do.

Please kindly help me.
