Can 82 and 83 section be added in criminal case?

Hi Sir,

Can 82 and 83 section be added in criminal case. Some body told me 82 and 83 section we can raise only in IPC or civil case only not in criminal case.

If NBW is ssued against the cheque bounce which has been filed a complain under criminal case(CC).

Why not we can charge 82 and 83 section in same case. Some body told me file a new civil case complain.

Could you please guide me.  It will be grateful.
