I want to buy 3000Sq.ft agricultural land in Uruli Kanchan in Pune district. How much land from this 3000sq.ft
i can use for constructing a Bungalow for me? Is there any risk in buying or building on such land. Actually i am purchasing this land in a 50+ plot scheme. Already construction has started on 4-5 plots. The property owner is saying that after a year this land will come in R-zone. I am very confused. And the plot is 300mtr away from main highway and 200mtr away from Railway line. Is there any harm in constructing here considering the expansion plans of government.
