i have purchased flat 6 months ago . builder yet not found the society , and he is not taking respocibility about building maintaince like drinking water. just i want know can he is responcibile for maintaince ? or

Builder has give a possession of the flat and registered a sale deed / allotment deed in this time u check the property and it's fecilities. Now u give a applicatioin for your problem and then take a legal action against the Builder / Developer / Chairman of the Society. or u give a application of the problems and why u r not pay the amout of maintanance.
