Builder flat

I have purchased builder flat with common right. All of sudden 4th floor owner is saying that she has the right of roof and no one can go without my permission

Sale deed is important document by which the right to use roof of top floor can be ascertained .without going through the sale deed of questioned flat no opinion can be expressed in this regard.
