The land where we were living from past 16 years belongs to my mother's father (till last august 2015). She got NOC from her father's grand childrens (as there both the parents died) and got it registered in her name. I live in Bangalore and due to buisness didn't visited home from past 4nhalf years, but conversation happens every week.
My mother (who live in my native along with my married sister in the same house) gave the land to devloper and he is giving 4 flats to my mom. But they nither told me nor took my signature during processing documents. The builder demolished the home and started constructing flat.
When I called and asked my Mom why they didn't told me, quarrel started.
Do I have right to put a stay on building construction ?
As my mother told I don't need your approvel and if you will shout I will disinherit you.
