Break the bond

Hi,

I want to break the bond from my current organisation.

Wts the procedure i need follow.

About that bond

1)Its a one side bond and i don have the copy.

2)They collected the original documents

3)If breaking the bond they asking 3lakh

hi even for me also same, even i am in a bond they have taken my educational documents and 50000rs security check,

Now the issue is, HR as misguided/lied stating there is a medicall billing job which i was interested to work in. but after joing the process team i came to know job what they offered is totally different, now i dont want to work but HR is telling me that you signed the bond so you have to pay 50000rs to get my educational documents, please help...................
