I completed my b.tech in may 2014, and in june 2014 I appeared in ESE-2014 (engineering services examination) formally known as IES ,conducted by UPSC.I was unemployed at that time.Result was expected after 8-10 months.
Mean while in nov. 2014 I got selected as graduate engineer trainee(GET) in NALCO(national aluminium company limited)-a navratna PSU. At the time of joining, i informed them in written that i have appeared in ESE-2014.
UPSC declared the result in march 2015, fortunately i got selected with good rank, i was really happy because it was my 1st attempt and that too as fresher from college.
I am expected to get Class-A job in Railways, so i informed NALCO about my result and asked them about procedure for tranfering bond. They replied bond will not be transfered (as there is no such policy in company)and i need to pay 3Lac.
To whom i have discussed told that it should be transfered as both are central gov. Organisation.
I also filed an RTI asking if they follow DPE guidelines? They gave staright answer "NO".
So i could not ask them to transfer bond as per DPE guidelines.
Now please help me out with following questions-
Is it possible that being a navratna PSU , NALCO doesnot comes under DPE (department of public enterprise)?
As NALCO denies , what are the chances of success if i take the matter to the court?
