A list of individuals or organizations designated for special discrimination or boycott; also to put a person or organization on such a list.

You are from which side; Employer, Employee, Employee’s unions, Trade Unions, Employer’s Union,……………………………..or are you a lawyer, activist etc?

In which conditions you want to  blacklist an employee Or under what conditions you have  been sounded that employee can be blacklisted::: and BY whom?

Once you disclose the response is possible.

Generically speaking NO Forum has any right to ‘assign any tag ‘blacklisted’ to any employee!

In case you have any doubts speak to your lawyer.

Hi,

I am employee of xyz company. Many people says that blacklisted employee will not get any job in future.

So i  just wanted some info about this,

Moreover in offer letter it is always mentioned that during employment if any of info provided by employee is  mismatched during background verification then offer stands null there is nothing mentioned like blacklisting.

Please clarify.

Thanks

NO employer, union of employers, has been awarded with such rights.

The NSR/NASSCHOM was said to be doing it however they have clarified in attached publication that it does not.

The employee can decline to sign to become member/register with any body purported by employer.

The employee’s unions/Trade Unions are best plateforms to handle such nuisance.

There are IT employee's unions too.
