bank sold property

I'm borrower of state bank of India branch Hinganghat.bank sold out of my 5 plots at measured 9415 sq ft.by e-auction ₹10.20 to a single bider.when I'm going to RTI bank replied to me that information of plots valuation of ₹ 12.44 it's Banks valuation.And maharashtra State govt ready reckoner of ₹ 2800 sq mtrs.please suggest me what I do?

you should have arranged a buyer to bid in the auction. In case you are agreeved ofthe auction please apply for its revocation within the prescribed period.
