I have received notice from PNB HFL asking to pay total outstanding in one short within 60 days, if I failed, they can make auction and recover their dues. This is all becuase I am not able to pay EMI ontime due to Job loss. This home loan taken against monthly salary when I was working in Saudi Arabia. Suddenly company removed me due to financial crises in last April-2018. And till now I did not get any job.
My questing is, property registered value is 17,50,000/- and bank loan was 13,50,000/- Outstanding balance amount is 12,97,000/- Bank auction price will start from which amount, 17.5 Lakh or 13.5 Lakh, kindly suggest.
Or is there any way to get more 6 months time to start EMI, or to settle all dues.
Kindly suggest.
