Bail in 326 IPC

we are for accused in the case. there are six accused including 3 women. case registered u/s 326 IPC. accused arrested and weapons seized by police. the complainant is in hospital. how can we get bail after MCR of the accused. please please give any citation of Bombay or any other high court or SC regarding the bail plea.

Being an advocate you must understand that without examining the merit of the case and other details it is difficult to suggest any thing.

First file bail application in trial court after that you can approach sessions court or wait for chargesheet.

In general not much chance before chargesheet and if the injury is really bad then even after chargesheet things may be shaky. But please state what all is mentioned in FIR against each of them. If there is some diluted aspect against few of accused, say against women, then chances of bail could be higher for such accused.
