Dear Sirs, In west Bengal as per WBHIRA act Builder has not authority to sell the flat/ apartment if he has not registered to WBHIRA and area of total land is more than 500 sq meter , total no. of flat are more than 8, and not obtained completion certificate .
Then how they are selling the flats violating the rules? Can any purchase these type flat without any facing problems in future?
