Asking for joint home loan eligibility after gift deed from my sister

Currently my sister is the owner of the properties & property it is in India, bangalore, if my sister make the gift deed to me & brother in law, is it 3 of us will be able to apply for the joint home loan?

Yes.You are right.

Rest check with lender.

Lending is by lender's discretion.
