area of the flat in conveyanace deed is less than the actual size of the flat.

I want to purchase a resale flat in delhi, which is of a cooperative society. On scrutiny of the paper shown to me, it came to my notice that the cooperative society was formed in 1992, possession of the flat was given to allottees in 2002, and it became freehold in 2014. Further, it also revealed that the actual area of the flat is more than that of what is shown in conveyanace deed. Would I face any problems after purchasing the flat or if i have to resell it again?

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

IT shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt , before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

During legal opinion everything thought of by you and even not in your knowledge, can be found and addressed..by your counsel..as suggested above.
