Appointment on compensation ground

Dear all,

My Name is Neeraj Kumar

My father Died On 01/04/2008, he was in service as Beldar(Group-D) in CPWD Under Home ministry.

My qualification is Diploma In Electronics Engineering branch.

My question is that :-

1) Can I get the JE electrical job as i have done Diploma In Electronics Enineering branch.

2) What are the possibilities they(CPWD) can provide me job.

3) What kind of job they will give me Group- C or D.

4) How can i trace the file processing, how can i get the file no. or Case no.

5) What I have to do further as it's already 7 year passed out.

As at the time of submisson of application they told me that i can not get the job as per my qualification, the job will be dicided as per father job and i was applied for Lift Operator (Group-D) Post.

Any relevant information can much help full.

First of all you do not even seem to be aware where your father was working.

CPWD is not reporting to MHA. They report to MoUD.

ANS : NOT AT ALL. EVEN IF AT ALL YOU WERE ELIGIBLE YOUR QUALIFICATION WHILE COMPASSIONATE APPPINTMENT HAS A LIMITED RELEVANT WHETHER YOU ARE 8TH PASS OR NOT AND WHETHER YOU ARE 10TH PASS AND WHETHER YOU ARE INTER OR NOT. SUBSEQEUTN QUALFICATION IS NOT AT ALL CONSISRED.

ASN ; EVEN IF AT ALL YOU WERE ELIGIBLE YOU COULD BE OFFERED A POST OF 5% VACANCIES OF DR QUOTA IN THE LOWEST GP-C&D POSTS. It could also have happen that the post offered may be grossly derogatory to your qualification.

ANS : BY RTI. Not clear what file you want to trace since you did not apply for all the long 7 years.

you have absolutely no case and the matter is not even worth the cost of stationary and postage you may waste on the same. You should have applied in 2008 itself. Compassionate appointment (prima-facie a violation of Article 14&16) is a welfare scheme to remove the bereaved family from the immediate starvation after death of head of family it annot be used as an undated cheeu or buried treasure to be redeemed any time.
