person A filed a suit on the basic of a election against perosn B to restrain him as general secretary,
after one year person B states that he is now no more gen secty ,a new general secty person C elected and he support him . than person A also states that he is again elected as gen secty for next term .
person b filed a application for dissmissial of suit on the ground that suit become infections us 7 [11] please guide regarding legal position ?
