My question is what exactly the Appeal to District Judge is ? We are fighting a DV case and we had submitted an application for DV Not Maintainable which got dismissed by ACJM. Now the question is , We are going to Appeal DV to District Judge. Can some one please let me know if we are submitting an application to District Judge and if that is getting accepted for the Argument then till District Judge listen the argument and give the judgement then during this period D V will be treated as STAY ? that means no hearing in ACJM Court ? Also once District Judge dismiss this then what is the time limit in (days) we can appeal in High Court using section 482 ?
