I bought the flat in 6 flats(3 floor apartment) and that's constructed by buildier on thrird party land with agreemnt of 3 flats for pervious land owner and remaining 3 sold. Will the builder has the right to name the apartment on his own( name it on previous land owner now who has 3 apartment ownership) without consulting with all 6 flats owner

The name of the apartment should have been fixed by the builder even before the construction of the apartments, however the builder cannot be restricted from naming the apartment because he is not barred from doing so in the jont development agreement between him and the owner of the land. The flat owners cannot claim it as a right to name the apartment as per their choice, The flat owners can use their property however they please but there are some obligations or restrictions that they must follow.
