Any additional wages

Respected Sir

i worked in a proprietor company more than 5 years and i resigned on 17th Sep. 2013 without any notice period. I resigned due to my  boss compulsion.

They paid my salary till the day i worked for. i mean till 17th Sep.2013.

Now i am job less from then on. I am searching for a job in similar field but i could not find.

Am I eligible to claim any additional wages from my ex-company as resignation is forced to give with immediate effect and without notice period.

They are delaying my gratuity and i am not sure will they pay me gratuity amount or not??

so let me know your advice.

on records they had been kind enough to waive the notice clause in your favour.

why did they compel you to resign?

To get gratuity, there should not be any memos issues on your past service.
