Anticatory bail

We are planning to apply for anticipatory bail against false DV, 498a etc filed by sister in law. I am the boy's elder unmarried sister. I work in a prvt firm and have to often travel overseas on work. Does an AB restrict overseas travel? What is recourse for same? Till when does the restriction apply (most cases drag on for years, so will AB conditions apply till end??)

Normally in Anicipatory Bail - such conditions are imposed, however you can seek the court not to impose the same condition on you, as the same would be too onerous considering your work.

Since AB has to run throughout the trial the court does more often than not impose such conditions to secure the presence of the applicant/accused during the trial and to ensure that he does not evade the judicial process. Imposing such a condition is discretionary on the part of the court.
