Ancestral property share

My grandfather got migrated from Bangladesh to India in the year 1947 and purchased a land (Colony Land) in Kolkata and built his own house. Also, my grandfather, grandmother my father 3 Brothers and 3 sisters) and one of my uncles all have expired. I have three paternal aunties and one younger brother and one of my uncles stays with us. In our house Now my question is whether my house qualifies as ancestral house or privately owned and what are the chances that i and my brother will get a share in this property. I don't want anyone to vacate it but once my uncle aunty (they are childless) are no more what is procedure to claim the property? Is there anyway i may not get a share ? Like my uncle and Aunty or my mother disallows me ....
