Ancestral property

My husband died 4 years back in an accident (To be precise December 2007). My son was barely 5 yrs old back then. His grandfather had bought a piece of land in Pune and built a 3 storey building giving it to each of his sons. Therefore my father-in-law was alloted one storey and he used his own money to build it. Above his story his younger brother built over, the third storey.

I want to know if my son stands a chance of getting a share out of this property. Want to secure his life. However, my in-laws have not keep in touch since then and are not interested in contributing anything financail assitance to support my son.

Dear Manu,

The Plot Which your father in law had purchased in pune was from his own money or your husband had contributed in it???? if not then your father in law who has purchased from his own money has all the right in the world to do whatever he wish regarding his property he may give it entirely to his one son or more donate it. no one can challenge it.

Incase you need any further assistance you may call on 09324538481.

Regards,
