ancestral property

my grandfather born on 1919 August in my native agricultural land comes from ancestor property 4 acres from division from brother in 4 acres he sold 1 acres 1956 on that time my father age is 9 years minor with out taken permission from court next he came to bangalore taken site by his own means grandfather name but today he willdeed executed to daughter but not 3 acres of agricultural land remains my question is can my grandfather can make willdeed
