Amended memo of party

I am having a case before the district consumer forum. today was the first date of hearing and the matter was listed for admission. the judge said that directors are not the necessary party in the case and further directed me to file an amended memo of parties removing the directors from the array of parties. my query is that do I need to file an application also along with the amended memo of party or do I just need to file an amended memo of party.
