Agreement date of execution is 1st sept 15 stamp purchased before that date but the agreement term is for 1 year from 15 ,June15 to 31st march 2017.....
Is it Valid that term of agreemtn is commencing before the date of execution of contract and applicable to the transactions made before the date of signing.
