Dear sir/madam,
I was provisionally selected in a bank through ibps po exam.While filling application form for ibps I have mistakenly uploaded wrong signature.The uploaded signature is different from my signature in pan card.Now I need to go for documents verification.Do I need to make an affidavit for it?
If yes! please help with the format of the affidavit.
