Advocate on record

As per section 2 (1) Clause (b) of the Supreme Court Rules, 1966, advocate on record means an advocate who is entitled under these rules to act as well as to plead for a party in the court. As per Supreme Court Rules 1966 Advocate on record should have an office in Delhi within a radius of 16 kilometers from the court house.As for me to have an office in delhi within a radius of 16 kilometers will be like a child crying for the Moon.
