I have paid an 50% advance to the site in bangalore as per the developer they assured that they put road, borewel, and eletricity, within a week once it come they will rise the price 550/- so I have the site till today they have not done anything I have request them to cancell the booking since I have paid 20 lac i am asking them for refund of money the are postponing the dates they also tell us they have police and rowdy with them he have bear till they give us or I have purchase the site. How do I recover the money from them. I have not made any agreeement all the transation is made throgh bank please any one suggest me How do I recover the money
