Adding names on 7/12

Hello,

Me and my Uncle bought a 6000Sq.ft land and my friend bought 5000sq.ft adjacent to my land.
The original plot was of 1 Acre and the 7/12 is on the name of the Land owner from whom we bought our land.
Can me, my uncle and my friend add their names on the 7/12 after submitting the application in the talathi office?
As our combine land is greater than 10 gunthas, which i think is the minimum requirement to add our names on 7/12.
