I need specific clarification for the following:
1. Under the DoPT, what is technical difference between Ad Hoc and Contractual Basis in the terms of eligibility criteria? Can the screening committee or the selection committee select a candidate having less qualifications. I am aware that the committee can consider this but what if the recruitment is of contractual basis and not Ad Hoc.
2. Can the experience years obtained during ad hoc service be counted for the final recruitment (permanent)?
