Acquitted in a criminal case under ni act 138( Cheque Bounce and stop payment case)

I am preparing for UPSC.I was acquitted in a criminal case under ni act 138 2 years ago.
Will this affect my application for IAS? Will there be any problem in police verification?

1.  Cheque Bounce Case ACQUITTAL will not affect the UPSC /IAS or another related issue, in any manner.  Acquittal is not classified as a Crime, in any manner, specially more so in private cheque bouncing cases.

2.  During Police Verification, produce the court certified copy of the acquittal order and the same may be also mentioned in other related records.
