my fmly had gone thru n accident in 1996.it was a car n the truck crshed us..i survived sumhw after being in comma..bt my leg has been injured and it has a rod.in the accident my mum died.
my dad says the case is still goin on..ppl say v wud be compensated in monetary terms
can sumone help me wht to do.

no if you not satisfied with the compensation you may apply appeal also, but MCOP cases take minimum 3yrs.

If the opposite party has not come forward to compensate you financially to amount deemed as fit by you, then press for the matter in court with all the evidences under the supervision of a competent and expert lawyer/law firm only.
It may take time, as adviced by the learned memebers/experts.
You can impress upon the court about your plight and for faster hearing and dleivery of judgment and relief.
