About the property

sir my father has one brother and four sisters and my grandfather died 2 years ago so the inherited property was registered on the name of both the brothers my father sold half of his part but now his sisters are asking for their part. my father had some debt which he paid with the amount what he got after selling the property now please help me what can my father do?
