In all circumstances, you must maintain children till they're 18.
You needn't maintain your wife if she can maintain herself. Also if she lives in adultery. Proving adultery is less difficult nowadays.
Your property won't be disturbed.
If she deserves maintenance, it'll be less than that which will be ordered finally.

It's her duty to maintain her children without money factor. I don't like this practice.
