About GPF fund

I know that my father died and nomination are in gpf account my mother bt we are 2 brother and mother leave saprat so I know gpf fund who get nomination/ or Legal haire of two brothers because mother not want to give this fund to his children

Your mother will get GPF account of your late father.  If you are minors then you are the dependents.   then the mother and minor children will get shares.

Only mother is eligible.  if she orally wants to give it to her children she may.
