Sir / Madam,
What is the meaning of Caveat? What is the procedure file it ?
I got an order in my favor lower court. I dont want the person should not file any appeal in higher court.
Is this the same procedure for filing the caveat ?
Please help me regarding this.

You can not stop the other person from filing an appeal.
a caveat means " beware " . Legally, it is an instruction to the court not to take actions specified without informing the person who has filed for caveat. It allows the party an opportunity for being heard.
