A plea on a property dismissed by the hon high court of kerala

If a suit on a property by a Stautory Body (Plaintiff) claimed as theirs against a Private Party (Defendant) is dismissed by the Munsiff, District and High Court of Kerala. All the Honorable Courts have dismissed the claims stating the Statutory Body has no "Rights and Titles" on the said property; whether the Statutory Body, just because it is a statutory body, can continue to claim the property as theirs? Isn't the action of the Statutory Body a Contempt of Court?

Any suggestio depends upon the facts of the case as well the findings of the Court.

What are the case numbers?

What ever the situation, no Contemept of Court. However, you can proceed with an action for damages in (tort).

As opined by learned expert Mr Venu, any opinion in this regard shall depend on perusal of court decree

If plaintiff suit is dismissed by courts including high court then that statutory body has no rights and title on said property.

The order(s) passed by the Courts will have to be perused before forming an opinion and oblige.

What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer(s) engaged by you ?
