Unregistered property

Hi, I have a property next to a unregistered land which got missed out during planning the layout.It is not even showing EC. Is there any way I can register that property legally without any issue. Thanks in advance.

1. IF you officially attempt anything on an Non-EC & Non-Registered & Non-Layout property, THEN it will be accounted for by & to the real owners or confisicated by Govt.

2. Just simply enroach and sit pretty & enjoy the property. There are several such incidences in India, everywhere.
