Hi, I am Indian. unmarried. I am not a lawyer. My fiancée is European. To get married in Europe the authority needs my 'marital status paper' that's Unmarried Certificate. Where in India I can get that certificate? Who is the authority in India to issue that certificate?

You can file an affidavit duly attested by notary stating ur d.o.b and marital status.As recently I prepared similar affidavit for some one who is marrying french national.
