yes. the trust deed may be amended if necessary. under which clause you are going to amend, that should be clearly mentioned in the "amendment to trust deed". The executants who signed on the original trust deed shall sign in the amendment deed also. The stamp duty is Rs.200/- but it varies from state to state. so check with your lawyer or nearest SRO.
