My Grand father is passed away in 1990, he left behind no property except share of one listed company. The Share is in the name of my grand father at the address of rural area of mumbai Maharastra, My grand father has also died in the same rural area. I Have Death Certificate of my grand father. Now all our family members are residing at gujarat. Now I Have applied the transmission of the share in my father name. The Registrar of Company is demanding Letter of Administration Or Succession Certificate. Please advice on this issue and if any other alternative option.
