Stay order given in highcourt dependant is not vacating land

Stay Order is passed by High court of Bangalore for the order passed in lower court and asked to maintain the status Quo untill further order. I given a compliant to near police station but they are not responding kindly help how can i vacate him from my agriculture land. From the date of purchase 1985 i am cultivating the land of 6 acres till 2012 May, Due to he won the lower court now he is cultivating the land now how can i vacate him from my land please help me.
