Section 380 ipc

Hi Experts...

One husband with his family alegated his wife (living with the family) that she had stolen money from their house, and police registered a FIR against Doughter In Law of family u/s 380 IPC...

Basically husband and his family were seeking more dowry from one year old married lady, on refusal they alegated with written complaint in police against her to harras her and to avoid attacks from her against dowry, and police registered a FIR against her U/S 380 IPC...

 - What is fate of said FIR...?

 - Even for argument sake, if one of the member of family takes money from almirah of own house, is section 380 IPC activates ?

 - What Apex Corts says...

 - What remidies are now avialable with that lady, side by side seeking her bail u/s 438 in said FIR..?

Please clarify me...

Thanks...

Gentleman,

Section 380IPC is not applicable either for the daughter in law or the son in law of the house.Initially how did the police register the FIR? The daughter in law if found guilty by the household can be booked under sections 405 and 406 for criminal breach of trust.
