X has a property of housing board, corporate body of State Govt
who has deseased now, his wife also.
he has 3 children 2 daughters 1 son
2s relinquished their part before housing board by expressing consent letter
so muted in favour of son
now that son wants to registered that docs as par registration act on the basis of order of housing board
Sub registrar denying by asking that in the order 2 daughters name are not
how do we certain it is joint property and 2 daughters have share on it
kindly help
