i have paid amount at the time of agreement and its over 3 years now the seller sale the land before 20 days to others now i am asking to pay my amount  back but they dont want to pay amount back.......

i have the agreement papers with me.

so, how can i approach in this case to collect my money back from them.

please help me to collect my money back
