RESTRICTION ON RETIRED JUDGES[ALL] TO REAPPOINTMENT ANYWHERE

TO ALL MY FRIENDS LEARNED LAWYERS,

I MAKE A QUESTION ON REAPPOINTMENT OF RETIRED JUDGES.BECAUSE MENY SENIOR AND JUNIOR THOSE HAVING EMMENCE ABILITY TO WORK FOR JUDICARY R NOT GETTING JOBS.AS PER CONSTITUTION THERE IS AGE LIMIT FOR RECURITIN AND RETIRING BUT BENIFINETS R GIVING TO RETIRED JUDJES ,THEY GOT INSTENT JOB SAME CADRE AFTER RETIREMENT .IS IT NOT VOILATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT?WHILE RECRUITMENT U CANNOT GET BENEFIT

I fully apriciate your concern and do support for the restriction on the retired judges for any kind of reappointment. Now a days only a chosen few having good lobby at the highest level are being reappointed barring the most able and talented ones.
